Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the acceptable use of The Barn Gift certificate. By using your Gift certificate to purchase product from our retail location, you are agreeing to abide by the terms listed below.

TERMS OF USE

  1. For use by adults 21 years of age and older, or medical marihuana registry patients only. Must provide valid identification.
  2. No credit or change will be issued for the unused portion of the Gift Certificate.
  3. If any purchase exceeds the amount of your The Barn Gift Certificate, the difference must be paid with a form of payment method accepted by The Barn.
  4. The Barn Gift Certificates cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash in part or full.
  5. Gift Certificates cannot be transferred for value or resold. The Barn holds the right to refuse the Gift Certificate upon purchase and request other forms of payment.
  6. The Gift Certificate owner is responsible for a lost, stolen, or destroyed certificate The Barn is not responsible for replacing any Gift Certificates.
  7. Cannot be redeemed to purchase gift certificates.
  8. Use of this certificate constitutes acceptance of these terms
